Sunday, October 27th, 2:30pm – 5:00pm

Mitchell Park (23rd St NW & S Street NW)

Accessible via Dupont Circle Metro (Red), 42 / N2 / G8 buses, or local street parking

What's in store at Mitchell Park Fall Fun Day? Decorate a pumpkin! Enjoy free pizza, catch performances from MHP Jam, moonbounce, climb aboard a fire truck, decorate fall crafts, and interact with representatives from city, Embassy, and community associations. Take a silly photo at the photo booth! Parents can join for a free yoga class by Yoga District.

This event is generously sponsored by Jim Bell of Sotheby's International

We have something for everyone:

  • Get spooky in our infamous haunted house

  • Swing with the Mitchell Park Jam musicians

  • Engage with more than 20 community organizations and Embassies - from the DC Public Library to learning about food and nutrition advice from USDA's VegU to health tips from GW Hospital - and more.

  • Jump in the moonbounce - decorate a pumpkin, get your face painted, and make a fall craft

  • Grab something to eat at our delicious bake sale - or a bag of popcorn and cotton candy!

  • Climb up on a DC firetruck or enjoy a free yoga class at 1:30p from Yoga Dupont

The Day serves a vital opportunity to physically reconnect with neighbors and community members and share important developments with area residents.
